| How To Order Your Custom Diaper Cake Contact a diaper cake designer Take a moment to fill out the custom diaper cake order form. We will review all the information you provided and get back to you ASAP, within 24 hours. This is a great option if you have very specific items you want included or if you are more comfortable interacting with your custom diaper cake designer, in person. You can also call us, directly, at 480-634-4971 and speak with us in person 7 days a week from 9am to 7pm, Pacific Time. ___________________________________ Shipping We ship via UPS Ground, let us know if this will not work for you (UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes, so we will need to calculate shipping via the Postal Service).. Shipping times vary, depending upon location. We are located in Arizona and we are fortunate to have a late UPS Pickup time. Rush orders are always possible, contact us at 480-634-4971 if you need a rush order. We will do everything possible to make your deadline! FOR UPS GROUND 2 and 3 tier cakes usually cost between $12.00 and $17.00 to ship, depending on weight. 4 tier cakes usually cost $20.00 to ship. 5 and 6 tier cakes cost between $23.00 and $35.00 to ship. A specific price for shipping will be given to you when we give you a proposed ingredient list or at checkout (if you Build Your Own). These prices are for UPS Ground, only. We can give a more precise shipping cost when we know your cake size and shipping zip code. We only charge what it costs us to ship. There are no hidden fees or markups in our shipping estimates! If an item costs more to ship than originally quoted, we will cover that charge. We can ship to you or the recipient. Please provide the SHIPPING zip code when contacting us, initially. We don't want to overcharge you for shipping! If you need expedited shipping for a last-minute gift or centerpiece please give us a call at 480-634-4971. This will ensure an expedited order. ___________________________________________________________________________ PAYMENT We require payment prior to the creation of your diaper cake. We purchase the majority of the items for your custom diaper cake when the order is received, this allows us to create truly custom diaper cakes that are unique and designed exclusively for you. We will email you a photo, upon completion to ensure your satisfaction prior to shipping. We are always happy to make any changes our clients would like us to make! Our diaper cakes have always arrived on time...even if we have to expedite shipping at our own cost! |
